When Purpose meets Circumstances
I started 2020 strong. At the start of the new year, I chose some concrete, practical habits to finally progress on a goal that had lingered for years: losing the extra 20–30 pounds I had accumulated in the last few years.
I was managing to show up like never before, every day. Doing my small morning bodyweight workout routine. Trying out some small diet changes, with modest success. I was actually getting somewhere with a personal goal, which had never been a sure thing for me.
