Planning the Day on a Calendar

It forces you to budget time for all the things you want to do that day. So you can scale down your plans if there’s not enough time to do them all.
It makes it so you know what to do at any given point in the day — according to the most thoughtful version of yourself, the careful planner. You feel less anxiety. You already have a plan, you just have to follow it.
