Benefits of Writing
Three weeks ago, I started a daily writing practice. As promised by seemingly everyone, it has proven quite beneficial.
I tend to be a little timid about communicating my ideas in conversations, so I think writing is helping me get comfortable with expressing my ideas. In this way, I think writing has actually made me a more interesting person. I have more opinions and better thought out opinions. I have more to contribute to conversations.
